“The Lady or the Tiger” Which Door?

“The Lady or the Tiger” Which Door?

In the story, “The Lady or the Tiger” by Frank T. Stockton, The man opens the door and sees the tiger. The princess chose this door because the princess said that she “Hated her”. The princess wouldn’t let her lover marry the woman she hates and is jealous of. Even the princess said that the tiger can just kill him and he can go wait for her in the “Blessed regions of sembaric futurity”. The man’s fate was decided by his lover who lead him to the door with the tiger witch quickly killed him.

"Dog Star" Chronological Order of Flashback Paragraph

"Dog Star" Chronological Order of Flashback Paragraph

The story “Dog Star” wouldn’t have been as effective if it had been told in strict chronological order. I think the story was really good when they did the flashbacks. The whole story just fell into place it wouldn’t have been as fun reading it in chronological order. For example, the narrator was on the moon and thinking of his dog when the earthquake happened. For example when he visited his friends in Berkley when lika barked and there was an earthquake. I don’t think stories in chronological order are fun or interesting to read.

"Thank You M'am" Before You Read: Going Gets Tough

"Thank You M'am" Before You Read: Going Gets Tough

There is some truth to the saying “When the going gets tough, the tough get going.” For example in a football game when your down and you need to score some people make big plays in tough times. When your down a touchdown or two and it’s the finale minutes in the fourth quarter that’s when the going gets tough and the tough get going. Those who don’t get tough are the ones getting frustrated arguing with the refs cussing yelling at their team mates doing all the things the team doesn’t need.

"Cranes" Before You Read: Duty

Imagine you have a large history final exam tomorrow, but your best friend just showed up at your window crying and begging you to AWOL with him/her. I would say well that sucks because I have a final tomorrow and I can’t miss it so can we go another day ahahahahaha. In all seriousness I would not awol because that’s dumb. I have better things to do that to run away and do stupid things that are going to get me in to problems that I don’t need right now so yea I wouldn’t AWOL with my best friend.

Dog Star" Before You Read: Special Animal

Can an animal be a human’s best friend? Yes I think an animal can be a humans best riend. For instance like a dog is a lot of peoples best friend because they are like humans they just have four legs. A dog can be a humans bestriend because they are there for you all the time except they can’t talk so they cant complain. They are also very fun to hangout with you can play with them all the time. If I had a dog it would be one of my best friends because I really enjoy animals

"The Sniper" Before You Read Fear Paragraph

"The Sniper" Before You Read Fear Paragraph

When facing heart-pounding fear, people perform well because people perform well because they are scared for there life. Like when you’re getting chased by a large drooling pit bull you would do crazy things to get away from it because you really don’t think things through. When people face heart-pounding fear they do unthinkable, unspeakable, unheard of things. Like the guy who his arm stuck in a rock he cut his own arm off to free himself. Another example is when people get in a fight they do things they normally couldn’t or would think of doing

"The Most Dangerous Game" Before You Read Fascinating Villain Paragraph

Who is the villain? The villain was General Zarroff a hunter. What movie or story is the character in? The character was In the story Dangerous Game. The villain was fascinating because he was like the best hunter/tracker. He could hunt anything he got bored of hunting animals and started hunting humans before he hunts them he even lets them get a 3 hour head start in this gigantic jungle. The craziest part about it is that he hunts during the night. He fascinates me because its like he doesn’t even try when he hunts he is very skilled hunter.

Greatest High School Accomplishment - 9th

Greatest High School Accomplishment - 9th
My Greatest freshmen year accomplishment had to be… This one time earlier in the year when I had an A in Ms. Priester’s class. I was doing all my work is I was doing good work on top of all my stuff then I just stopped doing the work because I got lazy and didn’t want to do it and now im playing catch up trying to get my grades up. But that is my greatest freshmen year academic accomplishment because I have never really had a good grade in that class.

Greatest Obstacle of Freshman Year

Greatest Obstacle of Freshman Year
The biggest obstacle you had to deal with during the past year? The biggest obstacle I had to deal with was definitely doing the homework and not being lazy its not that the work was hard it was just that I didn’t want to do it. Then I finally learned that I was just hurting myself and I really want to play football so I was keeping up with my class work and homework. This is a valuable learning experience for me it teaches me that instead of being lazy and not doing the work and getting really behind and having to play catch up when I can just be on top of my stuff. That had to be my greatest obstacle.

Romeo and Juliet – Cause of Deaths

Romeo and Juliet – Cause of Deaths

“Do Romeo and Juliet die as a result of fate or a result of human errors?,” I think that Romeo and Juliet did die of human errors. I believe that they died of human errors because when the fryer sent the message to Romeo the messenger didn’t get the message to him in time , So therefore one of Romeos friends informed Romeo that Juliet was dead so since he thought she was dead so he decided to kill himself like a dummy. So yes they did die of human errors.

Romeo and Juliet – Rage

Romeo and Juliet – Rage

“What are the negative consequences of rage? The negative consequences of rage are hurting people, destroying property, and just doing things out of impulse because you’re angry can lead to very very bad consequences. Some people get angry and kill people. Like Romeo out of rage killed tablet Romeo killed tybalt because tybalt killed mercucio Juliet’s dad got mad and said he was gonna disown Juliet because she didn’t want to marry Paris. Then because Romeo killed tybalt got banished from Verona forever. I’m pretty sure that the caplets are going to get angry very angry when they find out or if they find out that Romeo and Juliet got married.
